Dave Brown is the CISO and CIO at Andesite, where his business strategy led to achieving nine compliance standards, including FedRAMP High Authorized, in 13 months – along with the integration and digital transformation of over 100 enterprise applications in a single year. Before Andesite, he served as the Global Head of Security Strategy at Qualtrics, where he expertly managed the integration of the Clarabridge security program and the development of a new cyber risk program following Qualtrics’ $1.12 billion acquisition.
Before Clarabridge, he held several leadership roles at US-CERT within the Department of Homeland Security. His last role was as the Deputy Director, spearheading national cybersecurity programs that significantly enhanced the security framework across federal agencies and the defense industrial base. He has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and worked at four startups; Andesite is his fifth.
